Juan is a self-taught Colombian artist whose surrealist work is rooted in lived experience. Through painting, visual arts, and illustration, he tells stories of the unseen and unspoken. Inspired by the raw, painful, joyful, and resilient nature of life, his art captures what words often cannot.

For me, he says, art is my safe space, it connects me to what I think, see, and live.
