Greg Carrette is a former corporate consultant turned entrepreneur who now guides leaders and founders through legal psilocybin retreats in the Netherlands. As the founder of True Nature, he creates intimate, high-integrity retreats that combine psychedelic journeys with breathwork, group connection, and integration support — designed for those seeking clarity, healing, and a renewed sense of direction.

After more than a decade working in leadership development and organizational change, Greg found himself increasingly burned out and disconnected. Repeated episodes of depression pushed him to question the pace and patterns of his life. That personal reckoning eventually led him to the transformational power of psychedelics.

Today, Greg brings that experience into his work with entrepreneurs and change-makers who find themselves at a similar threshold. His approach bridges deep inner work with grounded facilitation, offering a safe and meaningful space for people to reconnect with themselves and what matters most.

He has spoken internationally on the intersection of psychedelics, entrepreneurship, and mental health — including at Wonderland in Miami and the World Economic Forum in Davos.

Alongside his retreat work, Greg continues to coach at the intersection of personal transformation, leadership, and systemic change.
