What if the life you’re experiencing is not being created by what you do, but by how you feel?
In this talk, I explore the connection between our thoughts, emotions, and the reality we experience. Rather than striving, forcing outcomes, or believing that external success will finally make us happy, I’ll share why our true work is to gently soothe ourselves, choose better-feeling thoughts, and consciously cultivate the emotional state we wish to live from.
Our emotions act as a compass, revealing the direction our thoughts are taking us. By becoming aware of our inner dialogue and learning to guide it with intention, we can begin to experience greater peace, clarity, and alignment—and from that place, allow life to unfold in new and meaningful ways.
This is an invitation to shift from chasing life to consciously creating it from the inside out.
About Ray
Over the past year, I have experienced a period of profound contrast and personal transformation that challenged me to look inward and commit to deep inner work. The talk I am sharing is a reflection of that ongoing journey—not as someone with all the answers, but as someone willing to share the lessons of a life still unfolding.
Born in Canada to Maltese parents, I have lived across Canada, New York City, Alaska, the Northwest Territories, London, Los Angeles, Tokyo, India, Nepal, and now primarily Malta. My path has taken many unexpected turns—from once considering the Catholic priesthood, to pursuing modeling and acting in New York, to years of mountain adventures, meditation, Kundalini Yoga, creative work as a sculptor and painter, and exploring Malta’s ancient spiritual traditions with independent researchers. These diverse experiences have shaped a lifelong search for truth, authenticity, and deeper meaning, which continues to inspire both my life and this talk.
