Yoga with Lara
Lara has been holding space for yoga & meditation for the past 8 years. She has recently deepened her studies in Alchemy Yoga at Alchemy Yoga & Meditation Center in Ubud, Bali. This particular style of yoga has a very new age approach to sharing the radically life affirming practices of traditional Shaiva Tantra in a way that invites the practitioner to explore each pose within their own range of movement — where anyone can drop into a state of stillness, awareness & presence which can then be integrated into everyday life.
Alchemy Yoga is based around the five elements which together represent the material world, aspects of our being & containers that hold specific approaches to different practices within Alchemy Yoga. Through her classes Lara wishes to provide a space where one can discover their innate ability to bring healing, balance and harmony into their own life.
